Engagement Photos Hendersonville TN | Romantic Spring Session

I love helping my clients feel confident in front of the camera. You don't need to be a model to look amazing in your photos. You just need the right guidance.

Meet Lydia!

Black engaged couple looking away from each other on a sunny day in Hendersonville, TN.

Engagement photos are more than just a few beautiful images for your save-the-dates. They’re actually a chance to connect with your photographer, see how we guide and pose you, and ensure the editing style matches the vision you have in mind. I offer complimentary engagement sessions with each of my wedding packages for this very reason. These sessions help couples feel confident and excited for their wedding photos. I’m so glad that Gisele and Columbus were able to fit their Hendersonville, TN engagement photos into their busy schedules.

The Proposal Story

With their wedding less than two months away, it was such a treat to meet them in person. Gisele and Columbus met through a mutual friend in October 2022. In March 2024, Columbus put his proposal plan into action: He arranged for them to get dressed up and take couples photos at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention and surprised her with a ring later evening.

Engagement Session at the Lake

For their Hendersonville, TN engagement session, they chose their wedding venue, Lighthouse on the Lake. The venue sits along a serene lake with a quaint walking trail, perfect for romantic strolls. I always suggest dressing formally for engagement photos. Gisele and Columbus nailed it with their all-black ensembles, which popped beautifully against the lush greenery of the backdrop.
